Core responsibilities

Based in our head office in West Sussex with regular international travel (approx. bi-monthly), the Associate Event Manager will be responsible for :

  • Delivering a portfolio of events from start to finish
  • Venue management
  • AV management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Guest list management
  • Required experience and skills

  • Previous end to end event management experience within conferences and corporate events. Experience managing award ceremonies is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Highly organised.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic.
