  • What will you be doing as our HR Administrator?

    Our HR Administrators are highly valued for the essential contribution to the effective running of the HR department enabling us to achieve total customer satisfaction .

    The main responsibilities will include (not limited to) providing HR support to our operational sites by processing new starters, leavers, changes of employment terms & conditions, etc.

    on the HR system and working closely with a small and friendly team to ensure all processes are being followed.

    Our HR Administrators are also privy to confidential information, so confidentiality in the work they do is paramount.

    This is a full time, permanent role; working 40 hours per week from 8 : 30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

    What makes you our ideal HR Administrator?

    The successful candidate will be a confident HR Administrator with excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience of working with Cascade HR and time & attendance software packages is desirable as well as Microsoft Office Packages such as Excel.

    You will need to demonstrate great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and be a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
