About the Role
As a Shoot Producer for, you will be supporting one of our key global fashion clients. As part of the dedicated 22+ team based in London, it’s integral to have a broad understanding and passion for the sports and / or fashion industry.
As a Shoot Producer you will be expected to collaboratively produce best value, innovative and integrated shoots that fulfil the creative vision and optimise the creative opportunity.
Execution Responsibilities
Be the production authority on a variety of productions in size and complexity.
Work closely with Senior Producers from client and agency to execute, manage and deliver solutions for all communication activation levels.
Own business affairs, through the utilisation of the adidas business affairs team. This includes managing legal clearances, insurances and usage rights.
Manage production costs, through bids, estimate reviews, negotiations and payment production timelines, shoot and post schedule.
Creating efficiencies where possible.
Feasibility checks, art buying of creative capture (directors / videographers / photographers) when required.
Procuring appropriate production resources (agency production resources, production companies / houses, freelance producers, crew, glam, locations etc.)
Securing athlete and talent attendance (together with Communications and Sports Marketing / Entertainment and Influencer Marketing).
Ensuring talent rider information is kept secured.
Admin Responsibilities
Ensuring that all Business Affairs Paperwork is appropriately consolidated and filled during and after the shoot.
General admin around final reconciliations, the archiving of complete business paperwork and asset Data.
Assisting with PO order requests, approvals and issuings.

Assisting Junior producer with administrative and operational tasks
Supporting Snr producers when necessary on large productions
Team management experience recruitment, training and development of internal and external personnel experience
What you’ll need
3+ years’ experience in cross-media (print, digital and TV) shoot production.
Proven experience producing in locations worldwide and for worldwide markets.
Experience working with international athletes, celebrities, fashion brands and or sporting goods. (Either as an internal or external.)
A clear understanding of budget management, cost negotiations at various production levels, of 1+million Euros per production.
A related degree : Shoot Production, Marketing, Business, Art.
Able and willing to travel locally, within Europe and internationally at short notice up to 40% annually.
Advantageous
Fluent (spoken and written) in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
Solid understanding of marketing industries, processes and communication channels
Experience in contributing to the development and deployment of marketing strategic / operational initiatives or equivalent
