Business Support Officer
Band 6 £19,171 - £21,166 pa (Pro rata for Part Time Posts)
1 x 37 hours per week (flexitime scheme in operation)
Based at Margaret McMillan Tower, Bradford and may be asked to work in other locations for service needs / requirements

Business Support Officer- Education and Learning
We are looking to recruit to a full time Business Support Officer post within the Education and Learning Department.
The post holder will report to the SEND Transformation and Compliance Manager but will be designated to work with Strategic Managers and their teams across the Education and Learning Department on a day to day basis.
The post will be designated to Strategic Managers within SEND, Schools Improvement, Admissions & Education Safeguarding.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 year’s experience in an administrative and business support role and are able to work proactively with key staff and managers to provide an interface between services, members of the public, other public sector bodies and external agencies, adopting the highest standard of customer care.
You will provide a range of business support functions to the designated Strategic Manager and be able to work flexibly across the Education and Learning Department to accommodate the needs of the services as required.
You will also be competent in the use of a range of complex IT packages relating to the areas of work and hold a minimum RSA Stage 2 Typing or Word-processing OR NVQ Level 2 in Business & Admin (or demonstrate skills to this level).
