Job Title : Director - Retail Valuation TeamRole Purpose : To fulfil a prominent role in a busy specialist retail valuation team of 20+ people, providing regular investment valuations, loan security, acquisition and strategic advice.
The team specialises in shopping centres, high street, prime Central London, designer outlet centres, superstores and out of town retail parks.
The suitable candidate will be highly motivated, overseeing and valuing a range of retail assets including some of the largest and most prime retail property in the UK, with an opportunity to be involved in some of the most high profile transactions in this dynamic and exciting market.
Key Responsibilities?Preparation and supervision of a range of asset valuations across the retail sector?Responsibility for client reporting for a broad range of purposes including accounts, loan security and strategic advice?
Preparing and supervising cashflows using excel?Preparing and supervising development appraisals ?Training and mentoring more junior team members?
Contributing towards the team’s business plan including client care, use of technology and business development objectives ?
Integrate fully and encourage collaboration in the wider CBRE network and other business linesPerson Specification / Requirements?
Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority?
Ability to handle a large workload and remain calm under pressure?Leads with a positive attitude and takes an interest in the development of other team members?
