The Role

  • Key support contact for Concur (Customer Services users)
  • Verifying expenses entered by engineers prior to payment, in accordance with company expenses policy
  • Entering expenses into Concur where required
  • Raising jobs for all chargeable work completed by CS engineers and promptly entering onto engineers’ work planner
  • Entering all hours for mobile engineers
  • Entering all overtime hours for resident engineers
  • Extracting timesheets from Concur for storing in shared file locations
  • Collating timesheets for all completed non-chargeable contract jobs
  • Point of contact for all matters relating to hours and expenses for all CS engineers

    What We Are Looking For

  • Working experience in a similar role
  • Detailed knowledge of all rules within company expenses policy
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage own time and meet deadlines
  • Able to prioritise and work well under pressure
