Marsh Corporate is seeking candidates for the following position based in the London office :

R 129925 Client Executive

Are you an experienced Client Executive with Property-Casualty insurance background? Are you interested in building relationships with a broad spectrum of clients (including multinational) for a market-leading, global organisation that can provide long term career progression?

If so we are currently looking to expand our corporate team in London and are very interested in speaking with top talent within the insurance industry.

What can you expect?

  • Based out of the London office near Tower Hill, the Client Executive is responsible for the profitable handling and growth of existing and new corporate client accounts.
  • Working closely with Client Advisors and Placement Specialists to effectively manage a portfolio of clients and ensure best practice is achieved.
  • The Client Executive is ultimately responsible for retaining existing clients through the delivery of a 1st class service whilst pro-actively working to win new accounts and grow revenue.

  • We will count on you to :

  • Manage a portfolio of predominantly large, complex and / or multinational corporate clients
  • Identify, and agree strategies for, clients’ risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives
  • Lead and sign off insurance programme design activities
  • Produce budget proposals and negotiate fees
  • Host client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams
  • Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients
  • Research, prepare and deliver presentations for new and existing clients including but not limited to RFPs, renewals and tenders
  • What you need to have :

  • Proven experience of managing a portfolio of corporate client accounts
  • Property-Casualty (Combined) insurance experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiating and Influencing skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with a strong work-ethic
