As an OD Coordinator, you will contribute meaningfully from day one and take on more responsibility over time. You will have the support of our leadership team, your line manager, mentors, peers, and others vested in your success.
Coordinate and schedule all EMEA candidate assessment administration and interviews with the OD Assessment Senior Associate in London
Coordinate data collection, data entry, and reporting for the Candidate Assessment process
Acquire assessment results from multiple vendor sources
Organize and maintain electronic files
Scan and send hard copy files electronically
Administer assessments to candidates in London as needed
Perform back up duties for OD Analysts and Coordinators (e.g., prepare assessment reports, maintain database)
Other duties and project work as required
We are seeking the brightest and the best. Individuals who can demonstrate :
Bachelor’s degree required
Must have the ability to work full time in the office, from 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm, Monday through Friday
MS Office experience Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required; Access preferred
Detail oriented focused on accuracy and quality
Ability to be discreet and handle confidential, sensitive information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Team-oriented approach, as well as ability to work independently
Capable of managing time and handling a variety of priorities
Ability and willingness to understand and adapt to the priorities set by the team and internal clients
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with routine tasks
Self-initiated work habits

Capability to quickly learn and apply new technology
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Must be physically able to sit / stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the work day
