Willing to be the face to the customer, acting as an internal service desk’ with a can do attitude and taking ownership of task to completion.
Varied experiences with Windows Server, Group Policy, Active Directory, Citrix XenApp, Blackberry Enterprise Server, mobile devices, printers, Reuters Eikon, Factset, Fidessa and Bloomberg
Experiences in performing IT project tasks, especially dealing with office moves and the related IT infrastructure
Knowledge of LAN, WAN and WIFI networks and technologies as well as leased lines
Experience in supporting users in a Bank environment would be helpful.
Good communication skills and the ability to articulate both in writing and verbally case summary
Aptitude to work under pressure to challenging deadlines
