The Enquiry Team Leader is the leader for the future student enquiries team which is part of the Marketing & Communication department at Bournemouth University, and as the first point of contact for many of our enquirers.

We are looking to recruit an exceptional Enquiry Team Leader to job share the leadership of our future student enquiries team for 14.

5 hours a week. Our team professionally and proactively respond to our inbound enquiries which come from a diverse range of prospects and through a variety of channels.

This team delivers an excellent customer service and provides a key part of our relationship marketing strategy. You will be required to champion excellent customer service skills and have an understanding of best practice in enquirer retention and conversion.

You will be expected to develop an in-depth knowledge of our courses, business services, support services and the application process for future students.

You will need to be confident in promoting BU to future students and be aware of the key selling points of the university.

The team is involved with enquiry fulfilment and proactive outbound follow up’ communications, as well as responsibility for utilising and updating our customer relationship management system (CRM), so attention to detail is a prerequisite.

You will work closely with the Corporate Marketing and Liaison Manager and your job share colleague to deliver our vision for this service.

As well as guiding and supporting the team you will also be responsible for reviewing SLA information results and working with the team to maximise service excellence and conversion of enquiries via our CRM system.

You will need to be a confident leader and have the skills to manage your time around the demands of the position and the projects you will be involved in.

This post is available part-time for 14.5 hours per week.
