Payroll Implementation Project Manager
Badenoch & Clark is partnering with Police Scotland, one of Scotland's most critical, high-profile organisations and the second largest force in the UK, to deliver several key appointments within the Finance function.
The roles will deliver a number of strategic business change and tactical projects that in turn support the wider organisational Policing 2026 transformation programme.
As the programme of work gathers momentum, we are looking for payroll project professionals and subject matter experts to support their delivery objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of the technical workstreams that encompass the programme of works to deliver a new Payroll system for Police Scotland.
You will work with the Payroll team, encouraging an environment of continuous improvement, ensuring the project plan is met, any risks or issues are identified and dealt with appropriately and be responsible for the project governance.
With a proven track record of implementing projects within a large scale finance function, you will use your payroll systems knowledge and project management skills to drive change in a demanding environment.
