23rd July for a period of 10 - 12 months based from our EMEA HQ in central London. You will be reporting to our Field Marketing Manager (Germany) and part of our close-
knit, highly talented and fun global marketing department. What will I be doing? As a Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with our Field Marketing Manager (Germany) in all stages of marketing campaigns.
Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. This will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies and tactics in B2B.
Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any dynamic work environment. Your responsibilities will include :
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, localization, direct mail and web)
Help organize marketing events
Prepare promotional presentations
Administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns & Perform market analysis for reporting to leadership team
Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Organize localized marketing materials and build up library
Overview and update important marketing data in CRM system (Salesforce)
What are we looking for?
native German speaker

Creative - ability to think outside of the box and present fresh ideas
Excellent written and oral skills in German (fluent) and English required
Understanding different marketing techniques
Good verbal and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
