PURPOSE OF ROLE :
To provide an exceptional high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Provide excellent service delivery by ensuring PPM tasks and reactive works are completed within contractual Service Level Agreement’s to meet KPI’s.
To maintain premises to an exceptionally high standards through a proactive service delivery methodology
Assist with supervision of sub-contractor works ensuring compliance and adherence to applicable H&S standards when required.
Plumbing attributes to include copper and steel pipework, with knowledge of pumps, basic power and lighting faults.
Where required use experience assisting Engineers on fault finding & Diagnostics.
1st Line boiler knowledge, cooling towers, water treatment (dip slides, etc.) and good basic knowledge of BMS systems will be a benefit.
Completing all required documentation, job sheets and certificates.
Minimum 2 years experience working in Commercial & Industrial Buildings.
Conversant with Electrical related Building Services PPM's carried out in-line with SFG20 and resulting Reactive Work.
Knowledge of basic Mechanical works and experience of working on Building Fabric will be of benefit with 1st line knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, water treatment and basic knowledge of BMS systems will be a benefit.
Completed and hold a Full Electrical qualification
