Business Support Officer

Salaryrange GBP 20,000 - GBP 26,000 per annum depending on experience

Based in Stratford, E15

We arelooking for Business Support Officers to join our North East Neighbourhood.

  • TheBusiness Support Officer role provides a vital support service in our new createdRegions, with a portfolio lead responsibility for either the allocation ofcasework to our Case Managers;
  • Gas Safety compliance, by arranging access forour contractors and including the preparation of legal paperwork, wherenecessary;
  • or supporting our lettings service. The role also involves a varietyof administrative duties including scanning, sorting post, collatingperformance information and processing invoices.

    This roleis part of our busy Regional teams and will be required to support the localteams in dealing with customer enquiries when they telephone or come into ourlocal offices, so you must have a commitment to the provision of excellentcustomer service and be able to show initiative in a busy office environment.

    You mustbe organised, flexible and have excellent verbal and written communicationskills. Also experience of using Microsoft office packages is essential.
