A little bit about the role

As Commercial Manager you will report into the Global Head of Prepaid Cards. In a global capacity you will work with key markets UK, Australia, Brazil, France, Netherlands, USA, NZ and Japan plus many more new markets, influencing stakeholders in Geo’s and managing business case process & delivery, creating customer roadmaps to define the future based on insights & what customers want.

  • Set the global product strategy and translate into high level commercial goals.
  • Define the product development roadmap and work with product / engineering teams to deliver this.
  • Lead initiatives across business development, pricing, marketing, operations etc to meet strategic / commercial objectives e.
  • g. develop proposal for new PPC proposition or new distribution routes (e.g. affiliate partnerships).

  • Manage relationships with key internal contacts across the commercial / trading / change management and other teams.
  • Define and implement the PPC marketing strategy in the relevant markets, including in store, online and app campaigns (working with central and in geo marketing teams).
  • Who are we looking for?

  • High calibre graduate with 3-4 years experience you will have strong strategic and commercial acumen.
  • A hands-on mentality you will have started your career in a strategic consultancy & ideally have spent a year in a corporate / commercial role.
  • Sociable, resilient, bright, enthusiastic with strong analytical capability.
  • Detail & process orientated, quick to act with eye for detail.
  • Intuitive & proactive to go out there and do stuff / roll up your sleeves.
  • Happy to get out of the office and meet the broader business, gathering customer insights and translating into viable commercial plans.
  • Seek out & attend marketing Fintech conferences to continuously be ahead of the curve regard technology & trends, building your network & contacts in this space.
