The Chanel SE / Enablement reports in to the BeyondTrust University team, and will be responsible for partnering with various cross functional teams to improve Training & Enablement delivery and effectiveness and drive knowledge for BeyondTrust Partners.
You will be responsible for delivering education & enablement for our partners and customers, including delivering training both in-
person and using virtual environments. This role requires a blend of technical and presentation skills with an engaging personality and focus on results.
Become conversant at a technical level with BeyondTrust products and become a subject matter expert, including achieving and maintaining certification on all BeyondTrust products.
Keep current on new products, industry trends, and customers training needs.
Deliver standard curriculum to BeyondTrust Partners and customers, either in a virtual or in-person environment
Drive partner satisfaction through quality delivery processes.
Collaborate with peers and the Courseware Development team to develop and maintain courseware to meet customer requirements.
Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner, to support training activities, business operations, and revenue recognition.
Maximize training quality with surveys and other student feedback metrics.
Reporting to management on training challenges and gap analysis.
General ad-hoc training projects.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
3-5 years’ experience in Technical Training with experience delivering both face to face and virtual training
Good understanding of Windows, Networking and Security technologies. Mac & Unix a plus.
Experience working with virtual classroom tools is required; working knowledge of WebEx or similar, knowledge of Skvirtual environments.
Strong classroom management skills are required.
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills are required.
Excellent customer-facing communication skills are a must.
Previous experience with training course development for technical products a plus.
Passion for technology with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and network management technologies
Strong communication skills, and ability to interact with students with accuracy and professionalism
Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Databases, Virtualization, Storage and Log and Event Management Solutions an advantage.
