Bell is seeking a Utility Operator (HVAC Mechanic) Work Performed :
Operates, maintains, services and properly adjusts allcompressors, pumps, boilers, blowers, refrigeration and heating units,ventilating equipment, cooling towers and water treating units.
Makes all necessaryrepairs to this utility equipment (except air compressors) and makes mechanicalrepairs on any electrical parts related to such utility equipment.
Connects andadjusts controls, control systems, ducts, and pipes necessary for thesuccessful operation systems, ducts, and pipes necessary for the successfuloperation of such equipment.
Performs same functions on all Pneumatic andhydraulic equipment used in any part of the plant facilities except productionmachinery.
Uses maintenance machine tools and performs bench operations toservice and repair utility equipment as required. May direct and instruct othermaintenance personnel.
TOOLS & EQUIPMENT USED :
All necessary tools and equipment and measuring instrumentsrequired to perform any of the duties required.

Qualifications : Three years experience as an Operating Engineer of Utility Equipment; one year of which must have been spent installing and operating heating and air conditioning equipment (single or multiple units of 50HP or more).
Additional Qualification : Experience in operating and maintaining boilers (high pressure or steam)
