THE ROLE : Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Service Office Administrator / Scheduler to join our small, friendly and busy team.
The core purpose of the role will be to plan, prioritise and support the movement of Service Engineers to customer locations throughout the UK.
THE CANDIDATE : The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable with MS Office products, have good geographical knowledge, be enthusiastic and helpful with great customer service skills.
This role would suit someone from an admin / planning background who can display a logical approach to organising their workload on a daily basis.
We require the successful Service Office Administrator / Scheduler to be numerate, have good English written and oral skills, ideally experienced in scheduling.
