What you'll be doing
You'll ensure that customer's start to realise value from KeyLines, as quickly as possible.
You'll consult with customers, and work with the Customer Success Manager to determine effective customer solutions and then deliver implementation services, custom development, and training, as needed.
You'll spend some of your time on customer sites, embedded within their team, which will afford you the opportunity to work with a wider variety of tool sets and infrastructures.
You will have to identify risks to any project, while also remaining focused on deliverables.
