With an excellent reputation for the services they provide to their clients, this well established practice is keen to appoint a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor who can come in and hit the ground running from the outset.
The firm are keen to appoint a Corporate Commercial Associate / Partner who possesses the capability to head up a team and progress through the ranks fairly quickly.
The firm has a strong presence within the corporate and commercial market and are continuing to receive new instructions on various matters, the firm are looking for a Corporate Commercial Associate / Partner who can build on the existing caseload and develop the already existing loyal client base.
This an exciting opportunity for someone who is frustrated at the lack of progression within their current firm and is looking for a role which allows them to build a team and be a part of the future plans of the firm.
The successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor / Partner will have proven technical expertise across all aspects of corporate and commercial work and will have gained exposure to commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions and a variety of other matters.
