Our client (a local well respected fiduciary company) is looking to recruit an Administrator / Senior administrator to take over an existing portfolio of traditional trust and company files.
They are looking for someone with ideally at least 5 years’ experience. Suitable applicants need to have good experience of IOM companies and the applicable statutory obligations for both 1931 and 2006 companies and also knowledge of other jurisdictions, such as BVI.
Some trust knowledge will also be required. Experience of working with Viewpoint as a database is desirable. They need someone who is well organised and methodical, capable of working independently but who will also be a good team player.
