We are currently recruiting for an additional Contract Manager supporting the EMEA & ACE regions to join our growing Sales Operations team.
Key Responsibilities :
What will you do as a Contract Manager, EMEA & ACE?
As a Contract Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for managing, monitoring and maintaining CooperVision contracts for all of our customer types including corporate, strategic, key accounts, distributors, resellers and buying groups.
You will have a primary focus on management, control, tracking and reporting of the contract admin as well as establishing and maintaining databases.
This is a heavily business facing role which will need you to communicate regularly with key stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Customer Services.
You will be collaborating with different areas of the business to implement robust current, future and annual contractual changes.
You will also need to work with markets to ensure adoption. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support the Head of Pricing and Contract Management with the continuous improvement and standardisation of contract templates and process improvements.

Work Environment :
You will work in a normalofficeenvironment and occasionally be required to travel (likely 4 times per year within Europe).
We need someone who has solid experience working in a role focused on Contract Administration and Management. Ideally you will have been commercial facing and have an understanding of the impact of sales, volumes and timescales in regards to contract preparation.
Key to this role is communication and attention to detail as you will be working on several projects at any one time, often with high value and priority.
