Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency

£15K Basic Salary - £30K-£35K OTE (Uncapped Commission) - Car Allowance

You must have full UK driving licence to apply for this role.

We are recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join our team in our branch.

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion.

You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
