Becoming a Customer Engagement Consultant with Capita Tracing and Data Solutions :

As a Customer Engagement Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping our clients locate people and assist them to trace their lost financial assets.

This will involve a range of varied tasks including customer contact, administration and reporting.

This is a crucial role within Capita Tracing and Data Solutions and as such you will play an integral role in the company’s and your own future success in an expanding office of Capita in Leeds.

What you will do :

  • Assist customers with any queries both verbally and in writing.
  • Answering / making calls to policyholders to assist and verify their identity.
  • Processing verification forms.
  • Mailbox management.
  • Extracting data, producing and sending letters for clients.
  • Liaising with clients.
  • Setting up projects on our system.
  • Supporting the Team Leader and Senior Consultant to produce data for Management Information reports on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Peer auditing.
  • Your experience will include :

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A strong customer focus and a good telephone manner.
  • Administration experience is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • The ability to work well in teams.
  • A focused and self-motivated approach to work.
