We have an exciting opportunity to lead the marketing for a brand new venture with high growth potential at HelloFresh UK, reporting to the new ventureâ€™s General Manager
What you will do :
Lead on the go-to-market activity and scaling up of a new venture in the UK, with ownership of customer acquisition, customer relationship marketing and brand
Be very hands on as well as managing and motivating a small team (currently 2 junior marketing people) to execute activity, test and learn, report and iterate quickly
Own and get the best out of the marketing budget
Manage and optimize digital marketing (SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates, SEO, Display, Mobile app) and offline channels (brand, PR, sales, partnerships, mail) to meet CPA, ROI, and budget goals
Understand and report on and forecast key metrics that drive performance of marketing channels
Investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test and incorporate learnings into channel strategy (e.g., audience / creative / landing page optimization)
Work to improve the website (and app) and customer experience journey, including A / B testing ideas and updating assets and wording, potentially working directly with the developers (depending on previous experience in this area)
Work closely with other members of the new venture to establish a great team and culture obsessed with creating a great product and customer experience to achieve success in the market
Establish internal HelloFresh network to draw on for advice and expertise; collaborate closely with global marketing team
What you bring :
Ideally 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience managing RoI focused marketing channels for a growing B2C business
Very good understanding of digital channel landscape, ideally including hands-on experience in at least one of the following channels : paid search, social, display, video, affiliates, CRM.
Highly analytical, able to generate meaningful insight from broad data sets and effective at presenting findings
Experience working with websites and, ideally, developers to bring ideas to life online
Entrepreneurial mindset. Constantly curious and has a relentless approach to learning new things and innovating. Fast learner.
Highly commercial and able to confidently present a clear business case for any marketing investment, however big or small
A creative eye / love of brands and is able to identify and communicate opportunities for optimization through creative development
Ideally some experience of taking a product to market
Experience developing or mentoring more junior people
Thrives in a start-up environment, strong team player and is excited by the prospect of growing something from scratch
Optimism, resilience, drive and a decent sense of humour
Previous experience in a consultancy / finance role a plus
