We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our successful group of accident repair Bodyshop’s in London and the South East.
You will be fully experienced in : Identifying and ordering parts Be able to process special orders and to communicate on lead times, actual delivery and price with the customer or department concerned Notifying workshop control of arrival of parts for vehicles awaiting parts Processing invoices and credit notes Carrying out administrative tasks relating to stock movement Undertaking administrative, housekeeping, stock movement tasks · Maintaining stock security · Being able to secure and label all return parts and return parts in accordance with manufacturer instructions You would need to easily fit into a fast-
paced environment, with a good understanding of the requirements of working to manufacturer’s specifications in a BSI accredited site.
With an hourly rate relating to your experience and performance, the working hours are between 42.5 and 47.5 hours per week.
A work-based pension scheme is in place and 28 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays).
