An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and versatile Recovery Coordinator to join our Yorkshire Services, this role is unique, specialising in supporting Veterans that are or have previously been in contact with the criminal justice system.

This post is based in our Yorkshire services with travel across a number of bases.

The Veterans Service provides a range of Recovery focused interventions and activities within a community delivery model including : structured psycho-

social 1-1, Pods and group based interventions, personalised budgets, Family and Carer support, and outreach services, alongside provision of criminal justice services.

The successful candidates remit is to support individuals for a period of between 3 and 6 months through a range of interventions aimed at reducing offending, reducing substance misuse and improving health and wellbeing, access to a personalised budget fund to support individuals is a key part of the role.

The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly across a range of operational community delivery sites as required and work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision.

This will include some evening and weekend working.
