This is an excellent opportunity to join HEE’s Regional Business Management team in the North for a period of 12 months to cover the secondment of the substantive post-holder.

The overall aim of this role is to facilitate, support and enable the effective operation and delivery of HEE in the North, including its senior leadership and all functions.

This role is one of three Business Manager posts within this function across the North.

The successful applicant will deliver a regional portfolio of work and will also lead the business support function for Yorkshire and the Humber.

They will be able to demonstrate strong team leadership and communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic and complex arena and to deliver to the highest standards.

This role requires highly-developed interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively and to flourish in a fast-

paced, developing and deadline-focused environment.

The role will be based in Yorkshire and the Humber but will require frequent travel within the North and elsewhere.

The position will commence in July 2018 and cease in July 2019.
