Market leading software house in Stockport are seeking an experienced Service Support Manager to help support their software applications and manage a team of Software Support Analysts.
As a Service Support Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the team and provide functional and technical support to their customers.

For this opportunity it is important you have at least 2 - 3 years experience with managing a team of Support Analysts on a very busy service desk.
Any experience working for a software company will be highly beneficial.
You'll have experience supporting software applications in SQL or Oracle. An understanding of UNIX (HP-UX and Solaris), DOS, Windows will be needed ideally.
Able to understand issues relating to Multi-threaded applications. You'll have exposure to issues relating to large scale, highly interactive systems.
