Pay rate : £18-23p / h

Duration of role : 6-12 months

Our Client a reputable financial services firm is looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join on a temporary basis.

Your role will function with the HR Division, you will be working in a team of administrators under the coordination of the Payroll Supervisor.

You will be responsible for :

  • Inputting and checking payroll information in order to ensure all payments are made accurately for employees.
  • Dealing with internal and external client's queries
  • Assisting the Payroll Supervisor in process and policy development
  • Able to identify problems and establish solutions
  • Have an understanding of statutory and legislative issues
  • Perform all ad-hoc duties as requested by the Payroll Supervisor or Manager
  • The ideal candidate will have :

  • Previous experience with payroll
  • Oracle Payroll experience is desirable
