    About the job

    This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing team at Plusnet. As a Credit Control Analyst, you will play an integral role within the Billing Department at the heart of our operation.

    The role holder will be a self-motivated individual who thrives working under pressure, works well as part of a team and demonstrates a natural ability to negotiate and persuade customers.

    This is an ideal role for someone with a natural flair for data analytics and is passionate about providing an exceptional level of customer service.

    As a Credit Control Analyst you will

  • Be responsible for analysing big data in order to ensure the accuracy & compliance of our daily bill run
  • Find individual payment solutions for our customers who may require an extra level of support
  • Be a natural problem solver and not afraid push boundaries in order to give the best customer experience.
  • Attention to detail is a key requirement for this role and the customer should be put first in every interaction
  • To be able to succeed in this role, you must have the following skills & experience


  • Intermediate to strong Excel skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Experience of working with big data sets
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Desirable

  • Experience in a Credit Control or Fraud Risk environment
  • CICM qualification or experience
  • Experience in a call centre environment
