Hotels.com use a performance marketing model (CPA) to partner with large global brands to generate demand to our site and an important revenue stream for the partners.
Working with the Senior Director, Global Partner Marketing, we’re looking to recruit someone to help define and support the delivery of strategic initiatives.
This critical role will be based in our offices in London.
Within this role, you will play a huge part in the growth of Hotels.com partner marketing program by supporting the development of Hotels.
com's global partner marketing strategy.
You will provide timely and insightful analysis and recommendations on strategic plans, business development projects and competitor activity within the market.
This role demands to be able to demonstrate strategic thinking, project management and the ability to work with and influence senior internal as well as external partners.
You will have to identify potential transformation initiatives, aligning these back to the businesses strategic objectives and work with regional leaders to execute.
You will lead and / or coordinate initiatives, ensuring objectives are met and benefits realized.
You will conduct external research to understand how we can further accelerate growth with existing partners and if we have the right tool set to create new partnerships in new markets.
You will be in charge of a portfolio of initiatives, regularly reporting on progress, and re-configuring where appropriate and necessary.
You will create and maintain a governance framework, by keeping the global management team updated with progress on projects.
You will work with regional leadership team and other senior stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and presenting updates on strategic project to Hotels.com leadership team.
Experience working for a leading strategy consultancy or strategy function of a large corporation.
Ability to grasp critical issues and distil them into clear and manageable priorities, weighing both the costs and benefits
Ability to think laterally and creatively to address business critical requirements in challenging timelines
Can work within an ambiguous fast-moving environment while also driving toward clarity and solutions
Very good project management skills, having delivered successfully multiple, complex projects on-time and on-budget
Data driven - requires complex analytical thinking to inform decisions
Excellent report writing (Word and Powerpoint) and presentation skills for a Board audience
Analytical rigour and attention to detail
Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills
Experience of sourcing, collection and analysing data from multiple sources
