    The role

    We are looking for a Carpentry Apprenticeship Assessor to join the Evolve Learning Group, part of Ealing Hammersmith and West London College in offering support to those who aspire to achieve their personal goals and career ambitions.

    The role of the Apprenticeship Assessor will be to use their expertise to inspire and up skill others whilst delivering and promoting apprenticeships with a positive and flexible approach.

    The post holder will travel between campuses and will be required to support learners offsite at their place of learning.

    The person

    As an Apprenticeship Assessor you will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills along with the ability to build effective internal and external working relationships.

    You will be delivering high quality vocational training to a diverse range of learners inspiring them to be successful in their chosen field.

    In addition you will have :

  • Previous relevant vocational experience, with a recognised qualifications and / or industry NVQ qualification to a minimum of level 3.
  • Have experience of assessing in the relevant area and have a working knowledge of Apprenticeships.
  • Hold a AQA / A1 Award (or equivalent) and a teaching qualification.
  • A IQA qualification would also be beneficial but is not essential.
