We are recruiting for a highly motivated and driven Learning and Development Advisor to cover a maternity period of 9-12months.
Main Purpose of Job :
Process all CPD invoices on internal system, updating CPD records and creating Learning Agreements where applicable
Maintain key relationships with our group professional membership providers attending regular meetings to improve efficiency of renewal processes
Manage 360 process all group / bulk renewals, working closely with our Finance department
Review and update all CPD guides / policies / email templates / guides with support from L&D Manager
Regularly maintain and review information held on our internal LMS with new starters / leavers and content
Create and manage all communications from L&D department
Assist with L&D projects sharing solutions to improve processes
Respond to all general L&D queries through email, telephone or face to face within SLE’s
Manage the Support Office WOW induction process and the administration including booking lunches, emails and responding to queries as well as the delivery of the induction days, welcoming all new colleagues to our group.
Assist with the general administration of our internal Learning Academy such as CPD bookings, booking hotels, venues, speakers, notes printed and sent, CPD certificates, responding to queries and highlighting CPD trends / needs.
Support the Graduate Development Programme administration with booking hotels, venues, responding to queries, processing claim requests and creation of CPD certificates
Compile regular reports for communication on the activity of the L&D department
Build and maintain key relationships with all departments to establish and deliver Support Office CPD needs whilst continually review feedback to improve future offerings
