SO WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?
The Gaming department are looking for a Senior Designer to help create engaging experiences with best of class design and usability techniques , across responsive websites , apps and other digital products as well as supporting our B2C marketing requirements.
You will play a key part in leading the improvement / development of Perform Gaming’s existing product portfolio (Sportsbook & Social Games) used around the globe by thousands of sports fans on a monthly basis.
In order to succeed you’ll need to use your full range of skills. From user research , testing , planning, stakeholder management and mentoring other team members.
To sketching concepts to high fidelity and interactive design. You will also be responsible for driving the UI strategy and brand development for a variety of Gaming products, influencing stakeholders and continuing to develop and deliver best of class solutions balancing user goals with business goals , working closely with the product development teams.
With the overall goal of increasing consumer numbers, user retention and driving revenue.
To help you achieve this you’ll be closely supported by a team of 4 fellow Designers. Together we make up the Gaming Design department, a likeminded group, who’re eager to see you achieve your best possible work.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE?
Driving the UI strategy , influencing stakeholders and developing a balanced user centred approach to our product development whilst also meeting important commercial targets.
30% Responsible for the delivery of design & marketing assets for the Gaming portfolio of leading global sports apps and websites .
25% Working closely to mentor other members of the design team, on tasks such as defining issues , stakeholder management , UI delivery , idea conception and product delivery .
15% Helping the team to create thoughtful and appropriate solutions to design challenges of all sizes while collaborating with a talented multidisciplinary Design team.
10% Undertaking research , analysis and testing throughout the product lifecycle working closely with the Product department so these are delivered through the polished UI.
10% Advocate for the best of class design solutions while understanding user, commercial and business goals.5% Work with teams to UI standards and design style guides across all product lines.
5% DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW? Knowledge in product design, interaction design, accessibility / compliance , and organic product design delivery .
4 Strong product6 design ideas and creativity with an impressive portfolio to match4 Past experience in mentoring or managing a team.
3 Experience delivering product design strategies and user flows .2 The ability to empathise with people, understand our target audience and their needs.
2 Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. The ability to clearly articulate your ideas and concepts to the rest of the team.
As well as the confidence to present to director level stakeholders.2 Design skills. Understanding how our sites and app should work and how they should look, with an in-
depth knowledge of contemporary digital design trends and patterns.1 Ability to contribute to a design team culture .1 DO YOU HAVE THESE DESIRABLES?
Experience or knowledge of modern design tools. Such as : Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Principle , Sketch , etc. Design based educational degree or equivalent industry experience Strong written communication skills .
Showing the ability to share your message directly and as simple as possible. Well organised. Show the ability to multi-
task under pressure. Meeting a variety of deadlines for various projects. All at the same time. Governance and passion for working UI & UX practices and principles.
A proven track record of delivering useable experiences across responsive web and native applications . Ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-
