That care startswith the detailed assessments you'll complete and the individualised plansyou'll develop for each resident ensuring that not only are theirphysical needs met, but their emotional well-
being is supported and their socialneeds are too.
On a practicallevel, you'll ensure our working practices are safe and conform to all the relevantregulations and legislative standards.

About the home
Located on the outskirts of Church Crookham near Fleet. Freelands Croft is a brand-new, purpose-built dementia care home that offers a range of care options.
Set-in stunning local countryside, we are within walking distance of local amenities and there are public transport links to the town centre.
The home provides nursing, convalescence, palliative and respite care as well as specialist care for those living with dementia.
All our registered nurses, specialist carers and highly trained care assistants provide professional 24-hour support in a very respectful and understanding manner.
