Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Management Systems professional to work on a high profile project in the South West.
Based out of my clients Bristol office you will be responsible for ensuring operations are controlled in a coordinated, structured and consistent manner, and in accordance with their Client’s requirements on the contract, providing assurance that the systems in place are properly executed throughout the project.
Identify project requirements, review current project arrangements and produce project specific BMS Development Plan to address gaps and issues.
Facilitate process development workshops with Functional Process Owners.
Establish, control and maintain a Management System that enables the company to meet project requirements and ensures all members of the JV have access to the relevant information.
Maintain link with BMS Team, ensuring corporate content remains up-to-date and relevant.
Liaise with internal Process Owners to develop, publish and maintain project specific content.
Challenge systems, processes and working practices to ensure best practice and continual improvement.
Develop risk based Internal Audit Programme to test compliance with BBBJV systems and processes
Facilitate Internal Audits, in accordance with the Audit Programme, and produce associated reports
Support the Quality Team with co-ordinating and managing the external audit process, as required, e.g. Client, Certification Body, etc.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED :
Clear understanding of collaborative working with ability to build relationships, work with and influence others, including senior management.
Knowledge of working to UK and International Standards and codes of practice for the UK Nuclear sector would be desirable.
Understanding of authorising bodies and accreditation processes.
Electrical knowledge in the construction environment.
CSCS Card or CCNSG Safety Passport equivalent
Practitioner Member of CQI (PCQI) or working towards membership.
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
Formal qualification in Quality Management (CQI, BSI or equivalent).
