A vacancy has now arisen for an experienced lawyer to join the CQS-accredited property department located in beautiful period offices in the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds.

The Role You will be taking on a mixed caseload of property instructions with an emphasis on residential conveyancing, and the partners are looking for someone who can step seamlessly into the role without the need for supervision or further training.

With a wide range of properties in the local area including high-value new developments, historic homes and country residences, instructions can include overage agreements, options, equity transfers, enfranchisement matters, easements and covenants.

  • There is great potential for an ambitious lawyer to really make this role their own. The Candidate The role would suit a property professional conveyancer, legal executive, or solicitor who has a substantial background in residential conveyancing and, ideally, some additional experience in commercial property matters, although this is not essential;
  • Confident, independent and enthusiastic; Technically adept, with a real enthusiasm for this area of law; Possessing excellent client-
