JOB DESCRIPTION :

What is the purpose of the role?

To drive patient acquisition, sales and market share growth of the ADC Flash Glucose Monitoring System FreeStyle Libre, broader FreeStyle product portfolio plus associated digital ecosystem across target accounts through effective execution of national strategy.

Targeting CCG’s / Health Boards / Trusts and target diabetes centres in secondary and primary care. Primarily targeting diabetes healthcare professionals and market access customers.

What is expected of me?

Build effective partnerships with target accounts through developing a deep understanding of their needs and matching ADC solutions and value add services which position ADC products within local guidelines / patient pathways.

Educate physicians, nurses, healthcare educators, patients and other referral sources on the interpretation of AGP and the insights gained via the FreeStyle Libre Flash Glucose Monitoring System.

To upgrade target patient cohorts to the Freestyle Libre Flash Glucose Monitoring system in line with LHE guidance and patient pathways.

Minimise negative local healthcare economy influence to develop ADC business.

To develop advocacy for ADC and its brands with key consultants, DSNs, clinical leads, payer customers and patient associations.

To work with local ADC colleagues on developing and executing account plans in order to increase ADC sales & market share.

To provide outstanding service’ to target accounts and ensure optimal patient retention within these accounts.

Implement and work with target accounts on projects that maximise opportunities for ADC products. Effective development of high quality business account plans to gain maximum commercial advantage for ADC products.

Work with RM, Market Access Specialist and internal ADC stakeholders in the pull through of account plans, ADC projects and implementation.

Promotion of ADC products (FreeStyle Libre, Digital Ecosystem and BGM) plus services to CCG / Health Board / Trusts, focusing on diabetes centres, target primary care accounts and key clinical & market access customers.

Delivering optimal working days and coverage & frequency of target accounts / customers Identifying opportunities within local target accounts to develop ADC business.

Proactively identify barriers to prescribing at account level and then positioning / selling ADC products within new or existing NHS guidelines.

Minimise any LHE negative influence on current promoted products Identify the key stakeholders within target accounts and develop comprehensive stakeholder and influence maps by account Optimise the use of resource and sampling / patient support in target accounts.

Upgrading patients onto the FreeStyle Libre Flash Glucose Monitoring system and ensuring the collation of all patient information ensuring effective retention of patients Train & educate physicians, nurses, and patients on the use of FreeStyle Libre and linked products providing product support and insights into data interpretation Develop a level of expertise and knowledge of diabetes therapy area that makes you a respected expert with NHS customers Use your insight into the local NHS and therapy area expertise to provide account team colleagues with the knowledge they need to maximise sales Organising own time effectively to maximise customer contact and take advantage of strategic business opportunities Achieve high level of customer satisfaction by making sure solutions are successfully implemented Engage all strategic customers and key influencers, in conjunction with Regional Manager and Market Access Specialist, through arranging meetings as well as 1 : 1 customer contact in order to sell to customers and promote ADC products Working effectively to manage own responsibilities, as well as working as a member of account team covering the region.

To jointly work on target accounts to optimise territory sales across the portfolio and implementation. Attending regional meetings, conferences, account meetings and executing given strategies.

Interpreting sales data to maximize effectiveness (e.g. sales vs. competitor sales, Mkt share etc) and effective use of analysis to direct activity Carrying out administrative work accurately and on time -

including call reporting, regular business planning and market intelligence feedback
