Our Governing Body wish to recruit a highly effective Senior Leader with vision and creativity, to work alongside the Headteacher and Senior Assistant Headteacher to make a significant contribution to the future development of the school.

The post holder will lead a year group and have specific responsibility for pupils’ welfare and personal development across the school.

The successful candidate will :

  • be an outstanding, reflective practitioner with KS1 and / or Early Years’ experience
  • have a clear vision for developing the whole child
  • have a commitment to working with parents and carers in the education of their child
  • have a proven record of raising achievement
  • have an innovative and creative approach to the curriculum
  • be able to lead, motivate and inspire
  • be able to demonstrate evidence of successful leadership
  • be fully committed to working collaboratively within the wider school community and with support agencies
  • have experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead
