    The Head of Engineering will join Perform as it embarks on an exciting new stage of growth. As the ideal candidate you will have the ability to provide strong technical and strategic leadership .

    They will be capable of building, coaching and maintaining an effective team , possess excellent influencing and negotiating skills , and have a track record of managing business growth .

    While promoting a positive performance culture they will demonstrate how to flexibly and effectively lead change.

    With established industry credentials, the you will have a proven track record in leading a global broadcast company through technology change from traditional baseband video, to a video-

    over-IP network infrastructure . At a strategic management level, you will oversee the design, build and support functions , across signal acquisition , all content production , to multi-

    platform distribution . By utilizing the strong existing team, established relationships and a clear understanding of today’s video technology landscape, you will have a position of high impact across commercial, technology and operational areas of the business.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE? % of role Manage all central engineering teams Projects & Support40% Establish a governance framework for regional teams around projects & support engineering10% Plan and deliver projects successfully to tight deadlines and within budget15% Develop the Engineering Support teams to support large scale growth and transition in technologies and next-

    generation operational workflows15% Evolve existing workflows to maximise benefit of automation5% Unify processes, procedures and technical workflows simplify the business5% Ready global estate for next generation video operations IP and 4K / HDR strategies5%

    Held Head of Engineering roles for 8-10 years.4 Strategic business level with experience of large scale expansion and technology transformation4 Experience in driving change in processes and procedures for support3 Proven success in OTT delivery4
