My client, an established and reputable organisation based on the outskirts of Bristol are currently seeking a Contracts Manage r to join their growing team.

SUMMARY :

Client facing management of various technology service contracts, ensuring all requirements are met, service levels are exceeded and promoting constant innovation and growth of the service.

This position is the first point of call for the client and will work closely with the Service Desk and Product Owners to ensure the availability of the service and smooth running.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Customer liaison and business relationships
  • Maintaining service levels and key performance indicators
  • Contract growth and innovation
  • Contract administration
  • Finance administration and forecasting
  • Sales and preparation of quotations
  • Project and programme preparation and planning
  • Service risk analysis and escalation
  • Continual service improvements
  • Point of escalation for client and operations
  • PERSON SPECIFICATION :

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • A calm and measured demeanour
  • Team player
  • Ability to work to your own initiative
  • Experience in project or contract management is essential
  • Experience of service operations is desirable
  • Experience of working within or with a service desk is desirable
  • Experience of working in a software environment is desirable
  • ITIL Foundation certificate is desirable
