An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Henkel Industrial Adhesives business unit for packaging and graphic adhesives as an Area Sales Manager for UK North.
The key challenges will include :
Delivering growth by driving sales within new accounts, as well as effectively managing business within existing accounts.
Focusing on establishing new customers, developing key relationships within existing customers and the co-ordination of technical customer service, to maximise business potential within key markets and customers.
Achieving revenue and profitability targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
Managing and improving a pipeline of projects within the sales area.
Identifying and reporting market trends and customer needs for further market development
Actively seeking and developing new account opportunities
Who we are looking for
Demonstrable success in a technical Sales role ideally within the packaging, graphics or paper industry
Proven track record in achieving success in major negotiations
An energetic driven self-starter
Strong, well developed business negotiation and presentation skills
Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally
