Technical Linguist Support, required for potential temporary to permanent employment in Swindon. These positions are offered on a continuous day shift, offering weekly pay in excess of £400, plus paid overtime and ongoing career opportunities.
You will be able to demonstrate proven technical skills, gained in the electronics sector, maybe at 3rd line IT support level, supporting customers with technical help on new purchases to include service and repair options.
As a Technical Linguist Support, you may have a 1st or 2nd language in German / Spanish or French, with both spoken and written communication skills.
Able to handle high volume technical telephone calls, offering a 'shadow on' technical support service for customers with tablets and lap tops, the repair and replacement of 'white goods' parts (Refrigerators / cookers).
Liaison with maintenance companies, arranging home service visits, ensuring that the customer receives the very best service at all times.
You will have advanced working knowledge of windows based software, database management, the ability to provide quotations over the telephone and in writing, supporting general administration duties and working as part of a wider team.
