A perfect candidate will have customer service experience whether being on the phone or face to face. You will be able to deal with difficult situations in a calm manner.

Key Responsibilities : - Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts - Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments -

Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status - Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans - Handle questions or complaints -

Investigate and resolve discrepancies - Update account status and database regularly Skills / Experience : - Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines -

Excellent communication and people skills - Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence Other : - £16,000 -
