OurDistribution Business Unit in Europe consists of a distributor and dealersupport network. They deliver reliable sales and service of durable and highperforming engine, generator set and aftermarket products to our regionallybased (global) partners.

Reportingto the Process & Controls Leader Europe, this role will drive the DBUEurope regional Finance and Operational teams to achieve Process and Controlfunctional excellence through hands on support, guidance and training.
Your impact will beseen in these and other ways :
Work with Financial Controllers, local FinanceTeams and Business Process Owners to establish robust internal controls andensure sustainable controls environment
Drive implementation and compliance with GlobalControls Initiatives, while identifying European Control Priorities.
DBU Europe lead contact for Corporate PolicyGuidance and Training New, Existing and Revised Policies
Increase visibility and understanding of Compliancefunction training / awareness sessions, country visits
Key resource for developing and maintainingstandardized processes and driving improvements
Promote and initiate the roll out of bestpractice processes across the region to reduce compliance risk
Support any new system implementation from acompliance perspective, to ensure appropriate controls environment ismaintained
Provide Month End resource support as required
Skills and Experience Required :
Flexible andwillingness to travel (c25%)
Organizational skills / multi-tasking experience
Effective oral andwritten communication skills
Understanding ofbusiness needs / processes and legal influences
Experience in workingwith ERP systems.
Experience in mappingbusiness processes and identifying risks and controls.
Experience in month endcloses and account reconciliations
Knowledge of US GAAPand International accountancy standards
Experienced User of MsExcel
Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
Compensation and Benefits
£38-41K (dependent upon experience)
