A prestigious and renowned Construction Consultancy are seeking a Project Manager to join their Hotels and Leisure team at their South London office, just a few minutes from Waterloo station.
This independent consultancy offering a range of services to the construction and property industry, require a Project Manager who can add value to an already exceptional team of professionals.
The successful Project Manager will be involved both pre and post Contract on predominantly Hotel projects across the UK.
This role requires Consultancy experience in the Hotel sector. This is a client facing role and you must be comfortable dealing with all manner of clients.
This role will NOT be suitable for anyone with a civils or main contracting background and the applicant will require UK CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANCY experience.
This role will suit a Senior level Project Manager or PM with a solid foundation, seeking to progress but whom already possesses considerable knowledge.
You will be able to commute into Central London and be flexible with regards to travelling to varying locations across the UK and potentially overseas.
MRICS would be ideal but not essential.
