Job Title

People Systems Administrator

Position Overview

Responsible for the maintenance, processing and administration of global and corporate People Systems. A key focus for the role is to assist our companywide Human Resources teams by providing systems support while promoting and nurturing our values and culture.

Essential Functions & Physical Requirements

  • Thoroughly understand the system configurations for our People Systems and their functionalities;
  • o Talentsoft : HR Administration, Recruitment, Reviews, Reporting and Learning & Development.

    o HR.NET : Payroll processing, integration exports and employee data / access administration.

    o Saville : Pre-screening Situational Judgement Tests integration with Talentsoft.

    o Peakon : Employee Engagement Survey tool dependent on Talentsoft data and demographics.

  • Is the first point of contact for all HR system queries from end users.
  • Relationship lead for all of the listed vendors.
  • Responsible for access control for the systems listed.
  • Generates scorecard metrix for Dorchester Collection Scorecard.
  • Ensure integration between our systems are active, maintained and accurate.
  • Responsible for auditing data quality and integrity in our daily / weekly integration exports.
  • Must be the liaison between the hotels and our external vendors when involving data feed in our Global People Systems.
  • Responsible for auditing use of our global processes to ensure compliance and proper use of the systems.
  • Responsible for communicating Minor, Major and Blocking system issues to our external vendors.
  • Administers and executes all system development requests from corporate team.
  • Administers and executes all system development requests from companywide Human Resources team if approved by Global Organisational Development Manager .
  • Responsible for product awareness and development for our Global People Systems.
  • Responsible for training new HR employees on the use of our systems and processes.
  • Responsible for processing all scheduled payments for all of our global people systems.
  • Process new hires, terminations, contract changes, leave of absences and all available actions in our Payroll system.
  • Creates, shares and updates User Guides that provide further insight on our people systems.
  • Responsible for being the liaison between Broadbean, Talentsoft and the job boards.
  • Be aware of and fully support all Company HR Policies & Procedures
  • Responsible for feed between our Global People System (Talentsoft) and our Dorchester Collection Career Site.
  • Carry out any other administrative support duties and responsibilities as assigned on a temporary or permanent basis.
  • Responsible for providing regular updates on status of projects, agenda and development to POD leadership and all Human Resources Teams.

  • Qualifications and Desirables

    Must be able to manage multiple complex projects and assignments

    Fully competent across all key Microsoft Office programs : Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    Excellent writer with good proof-reading skills

    Some management skills to help drive the global HR initiatives

    A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.

    Creative and innovative thinker

    Language skills, in particular French and Italian an asset
