Pertemps Kettering are currently recruiting for a Accounts / Office Administrator based in Kettering.This is a fixed term contract for one year and the role will involves the following duties : Allocating jobs on Sage and process invoices.
Dealing with service paperwork and request purchase order numbers from customers.Raise and send out invoices.Check delivery notes against order book.
Enter prices for special parts on Sage.Match supplier invoices to delivery notes and enter onto Sage.Allocate cash received onto Sage.
Send account statements to customers.Run creditors report.Send remittances to suppliers.Add holidays to the system.Processing Time sheets.
General admin and office duties.Answering calls.For the Accounts / Office Administrator role training will be provided and a handover will be given.
The working hours will be 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday, with 30 minute lunch breakThis is a fixed term contract for 1 year maternity cover.
