The Associate Director, Worldwide Sales Management Development will focus on functional skill development for first and second line sales managers in the International Markets.

He or she will work across the worldwide markets partnering closely with Head of International Field Training, Head of EMAC Field Training, Associate Director WW Account Management and Selling Skills, and the Associate Director, US Leadership and Capability Development to bring an integrated approach to sales management development.

He or she will collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the identified markets, and various matrix teams to develop learning initiatives that support local market business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update and execute the learning strategy for WW First and Second Line Sales Managers.

Manage all aspects of program development, including design, development and integration of content, go to market strategy, and vendor management.

Deliver the highest quality skill and capability based solutions for field leadership to ensure effectiveness.

Ensure appropriate tracking and documentation of learning in accordance with company policy and local regulations while innovating new ways to increase efficiencies.

Coordinate training delivery with internal and external partners as needed.

Collaborate with local training market leads to develop and monitor metrics to evaluate success and impact of training. Ensure ongoing analysis of field sales manager training needs in the International Markets based on current and future requirements of the business and changing internal / external environment through partnering with local market stakeholders to understand those needs.

Collaborate with Global HR Growth and Development Team to align field force manager training initiatives with HR strategy and objectives.

Contribute to the annual business planning process, including establishing training plans, budget, resources and investment strategy specifically for sales leader development.

Support local training content approval process in accordance with company policy.

Drive cross market collaboration and sharing to leverage quality resources and initiatives, to minimize duplication and maximize efficiencies, speed to delivery, and impact.


Significant and recent manager experience required (>

5 years)

First line field manager experience preferred, not required

Training experience including design and strategy

Expertise or experience in leadership development

Demonstrated ability to effectively lead matrix teams and lead without authority

Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple, complex projects across a large matrix organization

Ability to set objectives, monitor and achieve performance

Ability to translate strategy into an executable tactical plan

Ability to effectively build networks and matrix relationships in a virtual environment

Ability to build alignment and drive process

This is a Home Office Role that can be based in the US Princeton Pike location or UK Uxbridge office.
